Staff training
makes a vital contribution to changing attitudes, developing skills, setting standards and generating ideas. Authentica
training is delivered by trainers who have also worked as consultants to a wide range of manufacturing and service industries.
The wealth of experience they have accumulated, together with an accomplished style of delivery, ensures that they provide
targeted and effective training. Authentica trainers have helped countless companies develop management systems, motivate
staff and bring about culture change. Course content is reviewed and adapted frequently, to meet the ever-changing requirements
of a competitive manufacturing and servicing environment. The style of delivery is consistently excellent.

Authentica Personal
Development Training Courses
Personal development
is a continual process throughout an individual’s working life. A person’s full potential can only be realised
in a working environment that nurtures and encourages self-improvement. Training that is directed towards encouraging
this has to be both challenging and sympathetic. This can be achieved best by trainers with the requisite interpersonal
skills, an intuitive approach, and long experience. Authentica courses are offered on this basis, for delivery to the
most demanding and progressive of companies.
Interpersonal
Skills
BRC Certification; ‘A briefing
for sales people’ – 1 day*
If your company
has achieved, or is about to achieve, certification to one of the BRC Standards then you can maximise the commercial benefits
by ensuring that your sales people properly understand the relevant standard, and the customer benefits it brings. This
short course adds credibility to your company’s image by ensuring that your message about BRC Certification is both
accurate and realistic. It is relevant for staff in contact with clients and prospects by telephone, or ‘on the
road’.
Confidence Building for Presentations
- 2 days*
For staff whose
job involves, or is likely to involve, making presentations this is a concise, practise-based course. It is suitable
both for those new to making presentations, and for those with some experience. The course encourages trainees to develop
a style of presentation to match their own individual personality, skills and abilities. Normally it is provided as
a bespoke course for groups of staff from one employer.
Facilitating Change – 2 days*
Many courses
dealing with change are directed towards helping the participant adjust to the dynamics of working life. This Authentica
course offers a different approach, placing emphases on building skills in gaining acceptance of change. Whilst change
is generally triggered by senior management, its implementation is often left to those responsible for day-to-day operations.
This requires commitment, understanding and, above all, effective communication. The course is normally company-specific.
The nature of any change or changes contemplated is taken into account when individual courses are prepared. Issues
can include the introduction of new working rules (for example hygiene controls), re-deployment and task changes, and revised
organisational arrangements.
