Hygiene Management Skills

Note - the content of this course takes into account the new
(Issue 3) version of the BRC/IoP Packaging Standard as well as ISO22000 and BS EN 15593.
Who should attend?
Individuals who are, or are likely to become, the ‘designated
manager’ or ‘deputy’ as required by the British Retail Consortium Global Standards for food, packaging or
consumer products. It is also appropriate for companies adopting or changing to ISO22000.

Course length, cost and venue:
The three-and-a-half day Hygiene Management
Skills course costs £885 (plus VAT), to include coffee, lunch and tea, (but not overnight accommodation).
The course will take place at Pendrell Hall College, Staffordshire, a venue conveniently close to the M6 and M54.
