who are, or are likely to become, the ‘designated manager’ or ‘deputy’ as required by the British
Retail Consortium Global Standards for food, packaging or consumer products.

- Identify and implement appropriate management controls
- Assure factory standards

- Achieve continuing compliance with the Standard and

Course length, cost and
venue:
The three-and-a-half day Hygiene Management Skills course
costs £850 (plus VAT), to include coffee, lunch and tea, (but not overnight accommodation).
The course will take place at Pendrell Hall College,
Staffordshire, a venue conveniently close to the M6 and M54.
