in, managing and carrying out HACCP or Hazard and Risk Management system development and/or implementation.

To ensure success, participants are provided with an Authentica CD ROM with proforma HACCP documents to
form the basis of a HACCP system.

· Documenting the HACCP study
· HACCP, HARM and the BRC Global Standards
· Achieving a credible outcome
This training helps participants to:
· Understand the principles and practice of HACCP
· Apply a realistic and pragmatic approach to HACCP
· Relate HACCP to the HARM requirements of BRC Global Standards
· Complete a credible HACCP/HARM system
· Verify, review, and maintain the system
Course length, cost and venue:
The one-day ‘HACCP and Hazard
and Risk Management’ course costs £900 (plus VAT), when the course is provided at your site, or at a venue of your choice
(paid for by your company). Tutor’s expenses are additional to this, and
vary according to geographical location. It is recommended that a minimum of
6 and maximum of 12 attend.
