Who should attend?
This training is appropriate for those who are involved in the delivery of training within their own organisation. It is suitable for new trainers and those with some experience wishing to develop
their skills. Whilst this course deals with some theory, emphasis
is placed on practical aspects.
Topics covered:
- What makes training successful
- How to plan and prepare
- Course design, structure and content
- The use (and misuse) of visual aids
- Delivering training – adopting and adapting your ‘style’
- Evaluation of training.
This
training helps participants to:
- Develop effective training programmes and courses
- Use the appropriate ‘mix’ of visual aids
- Deliver training with confidence
- Make their training relevant, credible and memorable
Course length, cost and venue:
The two-and-a-half-day Training
for Trainers course costs £700 (plus VAT), to include coffee, lunch and tea, (but not overnight accommodation). The course will take place at Pendrell Hall College, Staffordshire, a venue conveniently close to the M6 and M54.
